Airbru Return & Refund Policy

At Airbru, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

Due to the personal and hygiene-related nature of our products, opened, used, or worn Airbru products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and unopened;

  • Be returned in their original packaging;

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery;

  • Include proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Change of Mind Returns

Customers may request a return for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing airbru.breathe@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received.

Airbru may request additional information before approving a replacement or refund.

Where a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Airbru will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product;

  • Exchange the product; or

  • Issue a refund.

Refunds

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied:

  • Opened products;

  • Used products;

  • Products not returned in their original condition;

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.

Customers retain all rights provided by applicable South African consumer protection laws.
