Airbru Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Airbru. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered throughout South Africa.

Delivery Areas

Airbru currently ships to customers throughout South Africa.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are between 8–11 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Airbru shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional delivery charges, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Airbru shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier delays;

  • Severe weather conditions;

  • Public holidays;

  • Strikes or labour disputes;

  • Civil unrest;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Technical failures;

  • Supply chain disruptions.

Lost Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost during transit, please contact us at airbru.breathe@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Airbru will work with the courier company to investigate the matter and provide updates where possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with the investigation, please provide:

  • Your order number;

  • Photographs of the damaged packaging;

  • Photographs of the damaged product.

Airbru will assess the claim and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Delivery Completion

Delivery will be deemed complete once the order has been delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
